As most of you know, in May of this year we closed our naturopathic medical clinic in Gilbert, Arizona. We did this so my husband, Peter, and I could put all of our energy into building an online community where people like you can find the information and support you need to empower you to take control of your health!

One of the cornerstone principles of naturopathic medicine is “the doctor as teacher.” It’s a principle I’ve believed in throughout my medical career both as a registered nurse and as a naturopathic physician.
